Can I get a refund?

Custom work is not available for refund. If you are unsatisfied with your non-custom purchase, contact ammieyall@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued once order has been returned.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?

Non-custom orders are packed and shipped between 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing notes.

Custom works ships in 4-6 weeks.

Who do you use to ship?

I use USPS Priority Mail for all of my shipping. If you have made an account on the website, you will receive a tracking email once the label has been created. Shipping is a flat $10 to the continental US and $22 to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Multiple orders can be combined if possible and shipping refunded once order has been packed. I am not responsible for packages once tracking has shown delivered. if a package is lost (not arriving within 14 business days), i will work with you on a replacement or refund.
